Do you do a meet & greet?
Yes, we offer a meet & greet, either in person, Google Meet or via Zoom, to ensure we're a good fit for you and your pet.
What if my pet has specific needs or anxieties?
We will tailor our services to your pet's specific needs and anxieties, creating a comfortable and stress-free environment.
What happens in case of an emergency?
In case of an emergency, we will immediately contact you and follow your pre-approved emergency plan. We are also insured and bonded for added protection.

How do you conduct each visit?
At Playful Paws every visit is handled with care, consistency, and attention to detail so you can feel confident your pet and home are in good hands.
During each visit, we complete all agreed-upon services, including feeding, walks, playtime, litter or yard maintenance, and any special instructions provided. After the visit, we leave a visit summary card outlining the care provided, notes about your pet, and the time of the visit.
Before departing, we ensure your home is securely locked and left exactly as instructed. Upon request, we also provide photo updates and messages after each visit so you can see how your pet is doing and enjoy peace of mind while you’re away.
